First Aid Training Courses

Our first aid training will teach candidates how to treat heatstroke and how to keep an injury from worsening until a specialist can evaluate it. While you may be able to help someone who has been injured, you will be unable to provide adequate treatment. It is strongly advised that you take at least a basic First Aid Awareness course to learn the fundamentals of providing treatment. The majority of our first aid training courses are divided into two parts: participants gain strong theoretical knowledge before taking part in the practical elements to put their knowledge to the test. Each first aid course may differ. Most of our first aid training courses include CPR/resuscitation. Some will also use a defibrillator or AED machine.
